Community Support Team (CST)

When life feels overwhelming, it can be hard to manage everything on your own. Community Support Team (CST) services are designed to provide extra, hands-on support for individuals who need more consistent help navigating mental health challenges in their day-to-day lives.

At Wings, our CST services bring a team of caring professionals together to support you as a whole person—not just your symptoms. We work with you in real-life settings, helping you build stability, stay connected to care, and move forward at your own pace.

CST is more than just appointments—it’s ongoing support that meets you where you are. With the help of your team, you can:

  • Stay on track with mental health treatment and appointments

  • Build daily living skills and routines

  • Manage stress, symptoms, and life challenges

  • Navigate systems like healthcare, housing, and community resources

  • Strengthen independence and confidence

  • Receive support during difficult or high-stress times

Your CST team may include therapists, qualified professionals, and other support staff who work together to make sure you’re not facing things alone.

Our goal is to provide consistent, compassionate support that helps you feel more stable, more confident, and more in control of your life.
